The booking and check-in process was frustrating. The page was slow, some of the buttons didn’t load properly, and I had to enter the same info more than once, which got old fast.
For an escape game, I figured the tech part would be a lot smoother. Instead it had this weird no-real-person-there feeling, like if something went wrong you were just stuck dealing with the system. It put me in a bad mood before the game even started.

The game itself was fine, but I was a little suspicious of how few room options there were. It felt like there should’ve been more themes available, especially for a group like ours. We still had an okay time, but the limited choices made it feel kind of underwhelming.

"Not the best choice for younger kids"
Went with my family and it was just okay. A lot of the clues felt a bit too grown-up or tricky for younger kids, so they ended up getting frustrated quickly. The staff didn’t really do much to make it feel more kid-friendly either. It also felt like things were handled a little carelessly, like they were just trying to move us through without paying much attention. Not a terrible experience, but I wouldn’t rush back with younger children.

"Getting there was more hassle than I expected"
I know a lot of people might not mind the location, and maybe it works better for others, but it really wasn’t convenient for me. It took longer than I expected to get there, and finding parking was kind of a pain. I’d be curious if other people had the same issue, because for me the hassle would probably keep me from choosing this place again.

I thought the game was fine, but for what I paid, I expected more. The rooms were fun enough and I had an okay time, but there wasn’t really anything that wowed me or made me feel like I got my money’s worth.

"I booked a group event here for work..."
I booked a group event here for work, i wouldn’t do it again. Before the event, communication felt scattered, so I was already worried we’d end up losing time or dealing with surprises on the day. Once we arrived, our group seemed rushed from one thing to the next, and the whole hosting side just didn’t feel organized. The staff were friendly enough, but for a work event, I’d rather not take the chance on spending the money and having it feel this messy again.
"Fun game, but parking took a minute"
The escape room itself was really fun, and we had a good time, but parking was a little more annoying than we expected. We had to drive around for a bit, and ended up walking a few blocks to get there. Not a big deal, just give yourself some extra time before your booking.

I was expecting the hints to at least point me in the right direction, but they didn’t really help at all. They felt too vague to be useful, so I ended up just as stuck as before.

"Felt too cramped for our group"
We were kind of in a hurry, and this just made things more stressful. It felt too cramped for our bigger group, and the layout was confusing enough that we kept having to stop and figure out where to go. Not the best fit for us

"Puzzles felt a bit disappointing"
The room itself looked decent, but the puzzles were kind of a letdown. Some of them felt random rather than clever, and a few clues were either really vague or just overused, so we ended up needing hints for things that didn’t feel very fair. For the price, I expected better puzzle design. Also, when I emailed afterward, the replies felt like they were coming from robots instead of actual people, which didn’t really help the overall experience

"Set design was disappointing"
The room looked a lot cheaper than I was expecting. A bunch of the props felt old, loose, or just kinda random, like they’d been pulled out of storage last minute.
I never really felt like I was inside the story. The walls and decorations were plain, and a few areas looked unfinished, which made it hard to get into the game.
I’ve done other escape rooms that had way better atmosphere and attention to detail. This one just felt flat to me, and definitley not worth the price.

"Decent room, but the game master wasn’t really there"
The room itself was alright. Some fun moments, a few good puzzles. But yeah... the game master kind of killed the vibe. Felt checked out the whole time. We’d ask for help and then just wait. Hints came late, and one of them made things more confusing, not less. It wasn’t a terrible night or anything. Just for what we paid, I expected a little more support.

"Booking process was more annoying than it needed to be"
I tried booking a room on americasescapegame.com, and it was more frustrating than I expected. The site felt slow on my end, and when I clicked certain time slots, they’d change or disappear, which made the whole this-and-that of picking a time kind of annoying.
I also wasn’t a huge fan of how the price showed up. It wasn’t really clear until I got closer to checkout, so I had to backtrack a couple times to figure out what I was actually paying for and whether that extra stuff was included or not.
I did end up finishing the booking, so it’s not like the site was totally unusable. It just felt clunky and made me second guess the whole thing a bit, which isn’t really what you want before going to do something fun.

"Not the best choice for our team day"
We booked this for a team-building day at work, and it just didn’t really land for us. We’d been trying to find something different from the usual lunch-and-meeting type outing, and since a few people on our team had busy schedules that week, we were hoping this would be easy and fun once everyone got there. But it felt messy and rushed from the start. The staff seemed a bit confused about how things were supposed to run, and our group never really got into it. For what we paid, it didn’t feel worth it for a company outing.

"Fun game, but the space could use a little extra care"
I had a good time with the game overall, and it was definitely fun to play. That said, the room felt a little dusty in some corners, and a few of the props seemed like they could’ve been fresher or better maintained. The bathroom was decent, which I appreciated. It wasn’t a bad experience by any means, but I left feeling like I would’ve enjoyed it more if the cleanliness had been given a bit more attention.

"Fun the first time, but I’m not sure I’d go back"
I did one of their escape games and, I don’t know, maybe I’m being picky, but I didn’t feel like there was much reason to do it again. It was fun enough in the moment, but once you know the clues and how everything fits together, the mystery is kind of gone. For the price, I guess I expected something that would make me want to come back or try it more than once. Maybe that’s just how escape rooms are, but for me it felt like a one-and-done experience

"Slow customer service messed up my plans"
I was really hoping to get a quick answer so I could move forward with my plans, but customer service took forever to reply. By the time they got back to me, it had pretty much thrown everything off, which was super frustrating.
